Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of services provided by Maenori Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password securely.
  2. Users shall not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with any third party.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of a User ID and password unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Method)

  1. Users shall pay the usage fees specified on the website for any paid portions of the Service.
  2. If a User delays payment, an annual late fee of 14.6% shall be applied.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws, public order, or morality.
  2. Criminal acts or activities related to criminal acts.
  3. Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  4. Disruption of the Company’s servers, networks, or other users' systems.
  5. Unauthorized commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
  6. Interference with the operation of the Service.
  7. Unauthorized access to the Service or attempts thereof.
  8. Collection or storage of other users' personal information.
  9. Use of the Service for unauthorized purposes.
  10. Acts causing disadvantages or harm to other users or third parties.
  11. Impersonation of other users.
  12. Advertising or solicitation without the Company’s permission.
  13. Acts aimed at meeting strangers of the opposite sex.
  14. Activities associated with anti-social forces.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)
The Company reserves the right to restrict User access or terminate User accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. Violation of these Terms.
  2. Provision of false information during registration.
  3. Non-payment of usage fees.
  4. Failure to respond to the Company’s communications within a specified period.
  5. Inactivity for a specified period.
  6. Any other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company.
    The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service by following the withdrawal procedures specified by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
  2. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by Users, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  3. Even in cases where liability is applicable, compensation shall be limited to the usage fees paid by the User in the month when the damages occurred.

Article 10 (Changes to the Service)
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by such actions.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Notifications and communications between Users and the Company shall be conducted by methods specified by the Company. Notifications sent to the contact information provided by the User shall be deemed delivered upon transmission.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
