Eanbeのアロハシャツの生地は、デザインによって最も相性が良い素材を吟味し使用しています。 主な素材は、一般的なアロハシャツの生地としても多く使用されているレーヨン。 「光る糸」を意味するレーヨンは、強い光沢と柔らかい肌触りが特徴です。
もう一つはソフトな風合いと美しい光沢感、ドレープ感が特徴のセルロース。植物から抽出された天然素材をもとに作られ、環境に優しい素材として知られる素材です。この２つの素材の中からより良い生地を厳選して使用しています。
シャツのプリントは、複雑な柄を美しく表現するために、 国内の染工場で「手捺染」と呼ばれる技法を用いて染め上げられます。 手捺染は、職人さんが手作業で布に1色ずつ丁寧に染めていく方法で柄の再現度が高く、繊細な色合いを表現することができます。
そうして染められた生地を、 沖縄の職人さんによる手縫いで1点1点縫製することによって完成し、 あなたの元へお届けします。
