On the product details page, select the size and quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to payment. Please note that items placed in your cart will be automatically removed after a certain period of inactivity.

If you are a member, please log in to your account before placing an order. Enter your registered email address and password.
[Payment of product price and price]
Please pay the total price displayed for each product (including consumption tax). The following payment methods are available:

Our products are categorized as either "In-stock products" or "Made-to-order products." Please note that shipping times differ depending on the type of product. Be sure to check the estimated shipping time on the product details page before purchasing.
<For in-stock products>
In-stock products are usually shipped within 4 to 6 days after your order is placed.
However, shipping may be delayed during national holidays, long vacations (e.g., Obon, New Year’s), or if there is a prior shipping delay notice.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 6 days of ordering, please contact us via our LINE official account, inquiry form, or Instagram DM, specifying your order number.

Made-to-order products are handcrafted by artisans after your order is placed. These products typically take 1.5 to 2 months to be completed. For detailed timelines, please refer to the respective product page.
[If the recipient is absent during delivery]
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave an absence notice. Please arrange a new delivery date within the redelivery period.
If you do not contact the courier during the redelivery period or if the provided address is incomplete, the product will be returned to us. Returned products will be handled at our discretion.
[Exchange, return]
Products purchased from the Eanbe online shop can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery.
