"About Eanbe Aloha "
Eanbe's Aloha shirts are made using carefully selected fabrics that best complement each design. The primary materials used include rayon, a fabric commonly associated with Aloha shirts. Known as "shining thread," rayon is characterized by its strong sheen and soft texture.
Another key material is cellulose, which features a soft texture, beautiful luster, and excellent drapability. Derived from natural plant-based sources, cellulose is also recognized as an environmentally friendly material. We carefully choose the best fabric from these two options for each shirt.
The prints on the shirts are dyed using a technique called “hand-printing'' at a dye factory with a long history and tradition in Japan, in order to beautifully express the intricate patterns. Hand-dyed printing is a method in which craftsmen carefully dye the fabric one color at a time by hand, making it possible to reproduce patterns with high accuracy and to express delicate hues.
The dyed fabric is sewn one by one with Okinawan craftsmen’s hands, and then delivered to you.
