Items that do not have special instructions on the product page are in-stock items and will be shipped within 4-6 days after purchase.

【Made-to-order sales】
Products that are made-to-order will start production after receiving an order, and will be delivered after completion. Therefore, it takes about one and a half to two months from the date of your order. Please check the detailed page of each product for the shipping time.

Basically, we do not resell past products. However, we may make a sudden sale when we have surplus fabric, or we may sell new products such as different colors. In that case, we will inform you on HP, various SNS, LINE, etc.

Products purchased from the Eanbe online shop can be returned or exchanged for personal reasons within 14 days after confirmation of payment.

Please note that the following cases are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.

When you are not at home, the driver of the transportation company will put an absence contact form in the post. Please contact the nearest shipping company office listed there.

In addition, the storage period of the luggage of the shipping company will be about 1 to 2 weeks (maximum). (This varies depending on the shipping company and sales office.)
