About Returns and Size Exchanges
Products purchased at the Eanbe online shop can be returned or exchanged for your convenience within 14 days after payment confirmation.
Cases Not Eligible for Returns or Size Exchanges:
- When the size has been customized or altered.
- After the item has been washed or cleaned.
- If the received product is different from the one ordered.
- If the product is damaged, stained, discolored, or molded due to improper use or storage during the fitting period.
- If accessories (e.g., guarantees, storage bags) are missing.
Note: For size exchanges, if the desired product or size is unavailable, we will offer a return instead.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
If the product is defective:
- Shipping costs will be covered by us.
For returns or exchanges due to customer preferences:
- All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The shipping size is 80 (based on standard size guidelines).

Review by Eanbe
We will review your request to determine eligibility for a return or exchange. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. -
Product Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If no issues are found, we will process a refund or size exchange accordingly.
