About returns and size exchanges

Only items purchased in Japan and shipped to Japan will be accepted,

Products purchased from the Eanbe online shop can be returned or exchanged for personal reasons within 14 days after confirmation of payment.

*Regarding size exchange, if there is no stock, we will make a new one at a time after confirming the return, so it will take about 2 weeks to 1 month before shipping.

Please note that the following cases are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.
・If the product has been resized or processed.
・If we receive a product that differs from the one you purchased.
・In the event that damage, dirt, stains, blotches, discoloration, mold shift, or other damage occurs to the product due to storage methods during the customer's try-on or try-on period.
・If the product with accessories (guarantee / storage bag, etc.) is not complete.

* Regarding exchanges, if we do not have the product you want, we will accept a return.
* Nationwide uniform return shipping fee of 500 yen + tax will be deducted from the refund.

2. Based on the contents confirmed by our company, we will share the shipping address and shipping method after confirming whether the product is eligible for return or exchange.

3. Product confirmation We will check the returned product, and if there are no problems, we will issue a refund or size exchange.
