Otoko wa Tsuraiyo - Front panel

[For those of you who want to express your love for Tora-san with your whole body. ]


The second collaboration aloha shirt between the nationally popular movie series "Otoko wa Tsurai yo" , which will celebrate its 55th anniversary in 2024.

The design concept for this work is "a place to return,'' and a pop and warm single image depicts Tora-san's back when he returns to Shibamata, and Sakura, played by Chieko Baisho, greets him with a smile. The artwork is by illustrator Yosuke Kinoshita.

The "Front panel'' has a blue body inspired by Tora-san's "dowel shirt'' and has a single picture of a shopping street printed on both sides.

It may seem flashy at first glance, but it gives off a tropical feel unique to Aloha.

Wear it while keeping other items simple and making it the focal point of your outfit to show off your "Tsuraiyo fan" or "Tora-san lover.''

Like Tora-san, who keeps coming back to Kurumaya no matter where he goes,

"It sure is nice to be in my hometown,"

or

"I think I'd like to go back my hometown for the first time in a while."

 it would be great if you would think so.

<About printing techniques>
In order to reduce the chance of the image being cut out due to size, this product is printed using inkjet printing in two large and small sizes. The texture and color of the fabric remain the same, so you can wear it in the same way as the previous product.
