For Purchasing and Shipping within Japan

[Product selection]

[About product delivery]

There are two types of products: "stock items" and "made-to-order items". Please note that it takes about 2 months for made-to-order items to be shipped, be sure to check the shipping time on the product detail page before purchasing.

<About in-stock items>
Standard shipping for in-stock items will be shipped within 4-6 days of your order.

However, if there is a notice of delay in shipping in advance, or if there are long holidays such as national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year's, etc., shipping delays may occur. note that.

If you have purchased an in-stock product and have not received an email confirming shipment for 6 days or more, please state your order number and

[Handling when the customer is absent]

If you are absent, you will receive a notice of absence from the delivery company. Please adjust the desired delivery date during the re-delivery period and receive the product. If we are unable to reach you at the contact information listed in the absence notice, or if the address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us. We will process the returned product at our discretion.
